Our facilities were upgraded in late 2007 and we comply with the current Code of Practice for Boarding facilities. All cats have access to lovely garden exercise runs which allow for plenty of exercise and help keep stress and anxiety levels to a minimum.

We require all cats to have a current Feline enteritis and Cat Flu ("F3" or “F4”) vaccination and a certificate must be shown prior to admission. We also strongly recommend that cats have up to date FIV (Feline AIDS) vaccination.

Upon admittance clients are asked to fill out a form detailing any medical history or condition, any dietary requirements or preferences and to provide contact numbers whilst your cat is with us. This information helps us to care for your precious pet in the most appropriate way.

Our staff are able to care for and monitor cats with special needs such as those on medication, diabetics, or with kidney or urinary tract conditions. As the Veterinary clinic is located on the same premises as the cattery, any problems or emergencies can be seen to by the duty veterinarian instantaneously. Of course your own vet can be contacted and your pet transferred to your vets’ clinic if problems arise. The cattery staff will ask you about your preferences on admission.

In all situations any problem will be dealt with professionally and with the cats’ welfare in mind. Natasha, Mara, Alice, and Marian are able to discuss any further queries you may have over the phone by calling their direct line on (03) 9898 8978.
